• Giving our guests a warm welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Serving fresh-baked bread to our guests, showcasing our commitment to quality
• Maintaining wait and quote times effectively, ensuring seamless service
• Providing an extra special welcome to First-Time Guests, making them feel valued
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story, highlighting our unique heritage
• Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration, making us the friendliest place in town
