Construction Form Builder Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Form Builder Specialist to join our team at Webber. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, assembling, fitting together, aligning, plumbing, and setting in place forms for molding concrete structures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing forms for the placement of concrete and structures, checking forms while concrete is being placed, and assisting and directing others in stripping forms after concrete is placed. Additionally, they will install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures, install pre-cast concrete elements, prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers, and install permanent metal deck forms.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work with hand tools and power tools. The successful candidate will also need to have manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
Working outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind is also an essential aspect of this role.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, as well as the ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications. Moving throughout a construction jobsite, which includes minor obstacles such as climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds, is also required.
