This position will play a critical role within the Operations and Meetings team, collaborating with department leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, collaborative, and cost-effective business administration. The successful candidate will develop trusted relationships across the organization and exercise a high degree of interpretation, judgement and discretion managing complex and broad initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Vice President, Operations with strategic initiatives, including project management, development and execution of communications, training and change management/stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Seeks continuous improvements in processes, systems and procurement practices, identifying opportunities for broader internal support by the Operations department.
  • Leads Operations projects, providing guidance, assigning responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Engages in cross-functional initiatives and serves as an advocate for both the Operations department and relevant internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of professional work experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading projects or a team.
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the organization.

  • A competitive salary range of $137,500.00 to $171,900.00, commensurate with experience.
