The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls regarding client service inquiries.
- Respond with accuracy and efficiency while meeting key performance metrics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Bachelor's degree not required.
- Financial industry experience a plus.
