Material Handler

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Organize the floor inventory, maintain proper labeling of shelf spaces, and ensure all boxes are labeled with the correct inventory code.
- Ordering and Receiving: Carefully read work orders or requisitions, order the correct stock in RIMS, note the time and urgency of the order, and follow the order through to completion and note the time the order was delivered.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the area clean and free of debris, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Physical Demands: 90% of the time, the role will involve light duty, lifting less than 10 pounds, while 10% of the time may require lifting 25 to 30 pounds.
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in a material handling or warehouse environment.
- Ability to work 2nd shift, 3pm to 11:30pm.
- Availability for interviews Monday through Friday, 4-5pm EST.
