About the Role:

Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a licensed SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in our skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field from an accredited university.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or similar settings.
