Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Clinical Admissions Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, refining the referral process, managing portfolios, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive growth and success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our organization.
  • Referral Management: Develop and implement effective referral management strategies to optimize our referral process and improve patient outcomes.
  • Relationship Building & Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Clinical Program Development & Expertise: Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and drive business growth.
  • Center Admissions Collaboration: Collaborate with our center admissions team to ensure seamless patient admissions and high-quality care.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five to seven years of recent clinical experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and driving business growth
