Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As a key member of our team at DiPasquale Moore, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in their work. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on the status of their cases.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients daily
- Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring seamless case progression
- Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types
- Prepare demands and review medical records
- Draft correspondence and consistently review entire caseload
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of admin/customer service experience
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
