Job Title: LPN - Portland OR

Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN, you will provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient health and well-being
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and provide physical and psychological treatment

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing
  • Minimum one year of experience as a LPN in psychiatric nursing
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse through the Oregon State Board of Nursing
  • CPR/BLS Certification
