Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all licensing activities related to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects within the company. The Licensing Manager ensures compliance with industry regulations, acquires necessary licenses, permits, and approvals, and liaises with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution of EPC projects.

The position reports to the Vice-President of Project Management and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with regular attendance at the office and jobsites. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in law, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
