Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Casselman Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as meal delivery, ambulation, and ensuring adequate hydration and nutrition
  • Aiding residents with personal hygiene needs
  • Observing and reporting any health concerns to the supervising nurse
  • Documenting resident food and fluid intake
  • Supporting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents
  • Transporting residents within the facility
  • Collaborating with nurses and other staff members as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

  • A starting salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on experience
