Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Broadcast Music, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our licensees, ensuring their revenue goals and service level thresholds are met. This position requires a strong customer service background, with a focus on maintaining and administering licenses, upselling additional locations, and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service to licensees, ensuring revenue goals and service level thresholds are met

Maintain and administer licenses, including managing a caseload of customers, assisting with customers not in caseload, and handling customer inquiries through various channels

Upsell additional locations on chain when possible

Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and resolve customer concerns

Assist with verification and research functions, report forms, and license fee schedules

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, and/or collections required

Contact center experience preferred
