Café Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Café Attendant to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Café Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a superior café experience to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, pastries, and sandwiches.
• Manage the café cash drawer and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Previous food and beverage service experience, including cash handling and customer service.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a team.
