Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to assist the Executive Steward and Stewarding Manager in the day-to-day function of the department. This role involves maintaining high-quality customer service standards by ensuring all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality customer service to customers by ensuring all assigned areas are compliant with company cleanliness standards
  • Provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance
  • Ensure health and safety standards are being followed at all times
  • Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing
  • Conduct walk-throughs of assigned areas to supervise hourly staff
  • Delegate waste management tasks ensuring show floors maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Understand how to read BEOs and execute staffing plans with close attention to business needs
  • Maintain kitchens clean and accurately update maintenance logs
  • Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages

Requirements:

Salary: $24-$26 per hour
