Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab work, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Supervising and training nursing and other staff members to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies.
  • Documenting patient histories and interventions to ensure accurate and comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • A diploma from an approved nursing program.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
