Business Operations Leader

The Servpro of Southwest Portland organization seeks a dedicated Business Operations Leader to drive daily operations and team performance.

This leadership role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing office personnel, accounting functions, and administrative activities.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage office personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  2. Oversee accounting functions, including financial reporting and budgeting
  3. Develop and implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  2. At least two years of management experience and four years of customer-facing experience
  3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills
