Branch Manager

Job Summary

As a Branch Manager at OneMain Financial, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment that fosters growth and success. You will lead a team of professionals in providing responsible loan solutions to customers, ensuring that their financial needs are met while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a customer-focused team that presents all loan options for review
• Manage collection activities, including consulting with customers on past due accounts
• Attract and develop high-quality talent, providing actionable feedback and empowering career growth
• Drive branch performance by motivating team members while maintaining compliance
• Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues as they arise
• Travel locally for business development purposes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
• Proven experience meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date (where required)

Preferred Requirements

• College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience
