Salary:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to support the educational and emotional needs of our medically fragile children. As a Full-Time Teacher's Aide, you will work closely with our experienced staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress effectively;
- Interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
- An understanding of child growth and development principles.
