About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. They will administer nursing care to patients with various conditions, provide health maintenance advice, and monitor patient reactions to medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patient reactions
  • Maintain accurate medical records and report changes in patient condition
  • Provide health education and guidance to patients and families
Requirements
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE AS A REGISTERED NURSE BY STATE OF EMPLOYMENT REQUIRED
  • BLS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ORIENTATION COMPLETION
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
