Job Description:
  • Oversee the delivery of multifamily projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and identify potential risks.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
  • Motivate and guide cross-functional teams, including superintendents, foremen, and administrative staff.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance and development.
Client Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding project objectives and delivering exceptional service.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
  • Implement risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project circumstances.
