Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cath lab team, you will assist physicians with invasive and diagnostic procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain a sterile field during procedures
  • Pass instruments and catheters to physicians as needed
  • Observe patient response to procedures and report any concerns to physicians
  • Operate equipment that produces ionizing radiation
  • Support education, training, and quality improvement processes in the department
Requirements
  • Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, or applied science
  • 2 years of experience in a cath lab or special procedures radiologic technologist role
  • Cross-trained to perform at least three functional skill sets
  • Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice
  • Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the ARRT
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
