Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will contribute to Global Indirect Procurement's strategic objectives to realize maximum benefit to the business. This role is responsible for developing global category strategies in close alignment with stakeholders, ensuring that strategies directly support the overall professional services category strategy. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated successful experience in Procurement, preferably in indirect categories of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop global category strategies in close alignment with stakeholders
* Identify and drive elements of strategy, including evaluating/defining supply base, developing demand related approaches, and establishing related rate cards and catalogs
* Establish pipeline of projects well in advance of the following fiscal year, ensuring that plans are logged into the value creation tool
* Lead and implement continued rollout and ongoing improvements for Ariba marketplace tool

Requirements

* 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in indirect categories of goods and services
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional Excel savvy
* Ability to present to all levels of the organization
