Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager for Disaster Recovery and Resilience to join our team. This role will play a critical part in our efforts to build and maintain the best recovery office in the nation.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing large-scale programs and projects related to disaster recovery and resilience. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the effective management of federal and state funds responding to major disasters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in contract management, and excellent communication and analytical skills. If you have a passion for disaster recovery and resilience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale programs and projects related to disaster recovery and resilience
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the effective management of federal and state funds responding to major disasters
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Represent the organization in public forums and meetings
Requirements
  • Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience
  • Three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in contract management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
