We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialized skills and unit-specific competencies to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care required.
