Colorectal Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Colorectal Surgery team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will involve assisting in colorectal surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques and all aspects of colorectal surgery from pelvic floor and anorectal disease to inflammatory bowel disease and malignancy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in colorectal surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our team of specialists to provide coordinated, collaborative care to patients
  • Participate in patient rounding and clinic duties
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited school with a minimum of a Master's Degree and certification, as required by the specialty
  • Eligibility to obtain licensure from Idaho to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses
