Medical Care Provider for Seniors

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a significant impact on their lives.
Responsibilities- Patient Assessments and Treatment: Perform evidence-based medical assessments, treat chronic and urgent illnesses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Maintenance of Medical Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
- Licensure and Certification: Active state Nurse Practitioners license, Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification, and Active state DEA licensure.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), five or more years of nursing experience, and at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, and knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Competitive Compensation: USD $60,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
