Strategic Revenue Optimization Lead

Gecko Hospitality is seeking an accomplished Director of Revenue Management to lead our revenue optimization efforts. This senior role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate complex distribution strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3rd party distribution strategy to maximize revenue.
- Conduct competitive benchmark studies and market analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage and optimize distribution partnerships to ensure maximum capacity.
- Predict and address variances in expected results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
- At least five years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably across multiple units.
- Proficiency in English, advanced Excel/Power-BI skills, and extensive familiarity with hotel technology.
