Travel Nursing Supervisor Position in Fort Defiance, Arizona

We are seeking a highly skilled travel nurse RN House Supervisor to join our team at PRIDE Health.
About the RoleThis is a 13-week contract position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience as a House Supervisor and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff on a rotating shift basis, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality improvement initiatives.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
- At least 2 years of experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to pass a background check and provide professional references.
- Competitive weekly pay based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Estimated salary for this position is approximately $1300-$1800 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
- Weekly pay: $1200 - $1700 per week.

- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
