Key Responsibilities
  • Appear in court, argue motions, and participate in trials
  • Write briefs and conduct legal research
  • Draft discovery documents and assemble discovery responses
  • Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
  • Interact with clients and build strong relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Google Scholar, and PACER
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
