Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $163.50-$163.51 per hour, paid at the 75th percentile. This is a base salary with no call or weekends, allowing for flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

About the Role:

  • You will diagnose and treat various medical conditions, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
  • You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise medical information.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • You will order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, perform procedures as needed, and collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
  • You will participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • You must be American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, with a valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
