Motive Power Supervisor Job Summary

Papé Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a skilled Motive Power Supervisor to lead their motive power team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all motive power processes, financials, technician development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the motive power staff manages the work order process efficiently, producing consistency and maximizing customer communication.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and personnel procedures to optimize operational performance.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to motive power technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a motive power or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and experience with budgeting and financial management software.
