About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Subacute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a Subacute Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the subacute care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in patient and family education, and provide emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
