We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse to join our team as a RN ICU Full-Time Nights Float Pool position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. About the Role:
As a RN in our ICU department, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff members.
Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans
* Implement nursing interventions, including administering medications, starting IV lines, and conducting therapeutic measures
* Evaluate patient progress, documenting observations, nursing interventions, and multi-systems monitoring data
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians to coordinate care delivery
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred
* More than 10 months of experience in med-surg or acute specialty settings
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Arizona or compact state licensure
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and unit-specific certification as required
