Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master RV Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing maintenance and repair work on recreational vehicles.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $20/hourly, offering competitive compensation and benefits to ensure your success and satisfaction in your role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance tasks on RV units.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments when additional information is needed or when problems arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Some technician experience, preferably in appliance repair, HVAC/roof-mounted A/C systems, electrician/electrical systems, plumbing/water heating systems, propane systems, interior carpentry/countertops, slide-out systems, generators, and satellite systems.
  • Ability to provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers' units.
