We are looking for a highly motivated Case Management Specialist to join our team at Endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for providing case management services to veterans and their families, helping them to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive service plans for eligible clients
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, or a related field required
  • 1+ year case management experience; 3+ years preferred
  • 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment
  • Experience with homeless, low-income, veterans, and their families a strong plus

Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
