About the RoleWe are currently hiring an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams. As an Audiological Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, conducting Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests, and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in our computer portal. These DBQs form the medical evidence that allows the VA to decide the veteran's benefits.
This is an IN-PERSON position offering 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient, with no evenings, on-call, weekends, or hearing aid sales required. We expect our ideal candidate to review and assess approximately 3-6 Veterans per day on average.
Key Requirements:
- AudD degree from an ASHA Accredited school
- Current license as an Audiologist
- Credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
