  • Participate in staff meetings and complete mandatory training and competency evaluations punctually.
  • Exhibit proficiency in delivering care and service to all patients, considering their unique needs.

Work Environment

The role is situated in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment with moderate noise levels. Employees may occasionally encounter elevated noise levels and bright lighting conditions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree in a related field (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years in Healthcare Account Representation, Customer Service, or telecommunications (Preferred)
  • 0 - 1 year of familiarity with Medical Terminology (Preferred)

Certifications:

CPAR Certification is required to be obtained within 20 months of employment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations abilities
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to maintain near-normal vision and distinguish colors
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

  • Occasional standing and walking during shifts
  • Continuous sitting as required
  • Occasional reaching above shoulder height
