Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project design teams and ensure seamless coordination.

  • Maintain quality control through milestone reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with permitting agencies.
  • Oversee permit applications, bid documents, and reports.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and contractors.
  • Execute field checks during construction.
  • Foster growth with continued education and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Versatility in municipal, roadway, water, and site design.
  • Self-motivated, team player with strong communication skills.
