Job Description
At Planet Fitness - KS/LA Sutherland Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Assist with maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
