About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ARK Solutions, Inc. in Little Rock.

Job Summary:

This is an onsite role that requires strong communication skills and technical expertise to provide top-notch support to application users.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
  2. Evaluate and prioritize customer issues, utilizing all available technical resources to resolve them efficiently.
  3. Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support teams or service groups when necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call logs for management reporting purposes.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  6. Perform functional testing of software related to preparation for training materials and other responsibilities as required.
  7. Detect and correct equipment errors, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  8. Prioritize and manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate changes, upgrades, and new product implementations.
  10. Manage time spent on work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
  11. Complete assigned tasks to meet business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of ARK Solutions, Inc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems and utilize various technical resources to resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using technical tools and software applications, including those related to customer support and help desk operations.

Working Conditions:

This is an onsite role located in Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in person and via phone and email.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
