Fleet and Maintenance Office Professional

As a key member of the Hertz team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Fleet and Maintenance department. This exciting role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage data entry, processing, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify information in computer systems
  • Perform office tasks, including filing, mail handling, and directing phone calls
  • Maintain local paperwork and reports for easy access and reference
  • Complete basic receivable processes, such as generating or submitting purchase orders/invoices
  • Assist with other office duties as assigned

This is a vital role that supports the smooth operation of our fleet and maintenance services. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager or Pool Fleet Manager to ensure all office needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in an office setting
  • Previous experience using computers is a plus
  • Skills: attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, ability to interface with teams, flexibility, and excellent communication skills

Salary Estimate: $36,800 - $40,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek at $18.00/hour.
