Guitar Repair Specialist

As a Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our instruments, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert repair and maintenance services on customer-owned instruments
- Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Guitar Center products and services
- Train and educate customers on the proper care and maintenance of their instruments
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of guitar repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products and services
