Job Description: Technical Support Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our users have a seamless experience with our Bible App.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Systems: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems to track and report known issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Meetings: Lead regular cross-functional meetings to ensure clarity around reported issues and assist in prioritizing issues for timely resolution.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively on the status of reported issues to the Community Care team, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Review Support Inboxes: Regularly review Support inboxes to understand significant issues and trends, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotation: Participate in after-hours on-call rotation, monitoring feedback from the YouVersion community and automated alerting systems, and alerting the appropriate team members when an urgent issue arises.
  • Create Communication Resources: Create and streamline communication resources, message templates, and documentation to ensure alignment with the Support communication strategy and voice.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
  • Quick Learning Ability: Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and programs.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, and 1-3 years of related work experience.
