About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Jamison Professional Services, Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of medical supplies and equipment to various departments within the hospital.

Job Summary

The Medical Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving and processing shipments, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, managing inventory reports, and performing cycle counts.
  • Receive and process shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Cordinate with clinicians to determine supply needs, ensuring timely delivery of essential medical supplies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse management, and clinical staff, to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
