About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Lines Producer to join our team at Denver's Best Insurance Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with personal lines clients, identifying new business opportunities, and growing our book of business.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person meetings, online interactions, phone calls, and written communication.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Sales and Growth: Actively prospect for new business, network for new clients, and work to retain existing clients by presenting policies, educating them on coverages and rates, and ensuring they receive the best coverage at the most competitive rate.
  • Inspections and Documentation: Obtain necessary documentation, inspect properties as needed, and process quotes and bind insurance coverage in a timely manner.
  • Renewal and Retention: Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of business-to-business sales success.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Property & Casualty License is preferred; passing the P&C License required by your state is also acceptable.
  • Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
