Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Patient Rehabilitation Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and reassessing patients' treatment plans in accordance with their insurance coverage and medical needs.
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to patients as they exercise or practice daily functional tasks, ensuring proper form and safety.
  • Developing and administering tailored treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique requirements and progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and community activities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A current state license for physical therapy assistance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and encouraging environment.
  • The ability to work well in high-energy settings and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Stride EMR software is an advantage.
