Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, ranging from $120,000 to over $180,000 per year.

About the Job: We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Systems Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and architecting large Splunk environments. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of Splunk Enterprise Security frameworks, including notable event, threat intelligence, risk, assets & identities, as well as extensive working knowledge of the Common Information Model (CIM).

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all aspects of the SIEM system, including operations and maintenance for all lookup files, integrating security feeds, developing the alerting framework, developing the risk framework, and orchestrating all security devices.
• Develop and maintain a QA framework that identifies large changes in data quality within the SIEM system.
• Ensure that all new dataflows are appropriately modeled to their respective Common Information Model.
• Develop automated integration via API with other security devices to monitor security feeds and ensure they are populating events accordingly.
• Manage and improve the SIEM frameworks, including Notable Event, Threat Intelligence, Risk-Based Alerting, and Assets & Identity.
• Collaborate with support personnel to ensure smooth operation of the SIEM system.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and architecting large Splunk environments.
• Detailed understanding of Splunk Enterprise Security frameworks, including notable event, threat intelligence, risk, assets & identities.
• Extensive working knowledge of the Common Information Model (CIM).
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience developing system interconnects via API.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
