We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment in Albany, Georgia.

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by leading CI projects to improve manufacturing processes and working closely with production and manufacturing teams.

The successful candidate will come from an industrial, manufacturing, process or CI background, with experience working in a manufacturing environment highly advantageous.

This is a Monday to Friday role offering full industry training, progression opportunities, and a salary of $110,000 - $120,000 + Bonus 10%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CI projects to improve manufacturing processes
  • Work with production and manufacturing teams (Technicians and Operators)

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • CI, Industrial, Manufacturing or Process engineering background
