Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Full Time Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at ENT And Allergy Associates, LLP.


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization in the nation. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, assisting incoming patients, verifying insurance coverage, and performing other administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
  • Verify insurance coverage and manage billing
  • Enter patient demographics into our computer system
  • Pull and file medical charts accurately

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
