{"Job Title": "Families Together Building Solutions Worker", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Families Together Building Solutions (FTBS) Program as a Family Preservation Specialist. In this role, you will provide in-home strength-based training and education services to children and families, developing service plans and coordinating services with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) referring worker.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide in-home strength-based training and education services to children and families
* Develop service plans for families in collaboration with referral source
* Develop emergency and safety plans for families of crisis or risk at harm to children
* Complete necessary documentation and follow-ups
* Participate in sessions, reviews, and meetings

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
* Minimum of one year of field experience with children and families with multiple problems
* Ability to maintain confidential information
* Ability to have a non-judgmental positive attitude toward families in crisis
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work in partnership with other team members and/or service providers
* Ability to work with a diverse population
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of brief, solution-focused therapy and strength-based solution-focused intervention strategies
* Knowledge of local resources
